I Can’t see freedom of movement as a benefit, actually I see it as a racist policy that prefers white Christian immigration over non Eu immigration.

I have a family friend who has relatives who are pretty highly skilled, because they’re not from Romania but from Africa they’ve been rejected to come into the Uk, because of some arbitrary quotas and rules.

Access to the single market isn’t a benefit either, it’s a restriction of trade.
You could see it coming ,slowly but surely

You might not like to hear it, but Irish English Welsh Scottish are all the same people. Most of Scousers have Irish blood, and Dublin was built by the English.

Ulster is as British as Essex.

Sammy Wilson DUP made a great point, here

We must stop the EU from annexing our country.

If you are using Sammy Wilson to back your argument up then you have already lost

Hang on.

People who vote remain want to have unrestricted migration from a predominantly Caucasian 700m people, putting heavy restrictions on the migration of the remaining 6.3 bln predominantly non-Caucasian people of the world.

People who vote to leave want the 7bln predominantly non-Caucasian people to be treated on their own merits rather than the luck of what continent they were born in.

Which one sounds racist to you?
You are assuming that SOME of of leave voters want some form of immigration
That is not necessarily the case

He's a ludicrous man-child. The PM of this country. FFS.

How on earth have they spawned these freaks?

at the end of the day they're just people, like us. a lot of us are also aged somewhere between 30-60 yet can be just as infantile in our language.

doesn't matter what job you've got...we've all got a bit of that man-child in us. Kate Bush and Neneh Cherry even wrote songs about this.

The Tories need to just collapse and die as a party.

Thats the thing that some seem to accept as being Ok.

I can remember plenty of PMs and other statesmen and women who have represented the UK that I may have differed with on actual policies and stuff. But I cannot recall being ashamed of them, on the International stage. Disappointed, angry, sure, but never ashamed.

all good, steve. i use an Android as portable internet and an old-school phone for calls/sms.

Neneh Cherry didn't; she wrote a song about an immature man but it wasnt "we've all got a bit of that in us".

I watched him interviewed on Peston earlier this week right after he'd had his plan for a GE voted down. He's talking to Peston and you can see in his eyes he's just not capable of acting like an adult. He's using the word chicken and telling a serious political commentator like Peston he'll search around for a chicken suit for Corbyn.

This cant go on. For the sake of the country he has to be put out of that job.

Of course we have. But how often do you display that publicly? And how many people are tasked with presenting themselves as a serious figure who represents the country?

Apples and pears.

I think this whole thing has been orchestrated to sabotage Brexit, and that includes conservatives including Johnson

let us go through the sequence of events;

Johnson goes in all guns blazing, the farce of the prorogue, designed to purposefully inflame remainers, the smoke screen of the court cases - (interesting how they fail when parliament itself has done what was needed), rees-mogg lounging in the HOC, throwing out the 'rebels', the 'do or die' pledge, which meant if he was unable to leave (i.e. seek an extension), he has the escape route of resignation on grounds of principle, thereby handing the keys to Corbyn to enact a 2nd ref, revoke a50, whichever is easier.

a series of cock-ups? - i don't think so. more along the lines of a stitch up to resolve the brexit question in remain's favour, which was the objective from the outset, and only the 'wrong' initial result threw that awry. the only leavers are the brexit party and ukip and they operate on the very fringes.
