His positioning reminds me of Djibril Cisse. Could literally find him anywhere on the pitch when the opponent is bombing down our right. Cisse was well better at everything else though. Well maybe not sock management.

It means "something". Its a chance to learn some things and try new stuff whilst getting fit and integrating players into the squad. The results don't really matter though.
