2025/26 David Moyes

…well we’ve been married for over 41 years so something works on that front.

I’m actually quite critical of Moyes’ part in our season finishing the way it did, but i try and not have blinkered and fixed views of players or Managers. Much of the season was clearly progressive, I also think change from bad to good isn’t as instant as some think.

I’m know I’m in a minority camp but I do think he deserves another season, there is a dependency on a much better summer window.
You are clearly a very loyal man, Eggs.

Good for you.

THIS IS NOT A [Poor language removed] SERIOUS CLUB! Liverpool sack a manager who won them the [Poor language removed] league last season and get them Champions League. We stick with David "Oi don't know what the fans are upset about" Moyes I [Poor language removed] hate everything about this club ffs.
🤣🤣🤣🤣

Our managers best league finish was 22 years ago, why do we think he's got some other levels he's yet to reach after nearly 30 years of mediocrity? Liverpool are being proactive in getting rid of slot, despite his success, and his success far dwarfs what our manager has done. It's a statement of the level of ambition, Liverpool want to win a title and will go and get a manager who can get them that, we are scared to make such a move, and so will stagnate in the name of stability despite the number of top managers available right now. We'll end up with Thomas Frank in December.

Yep. He's a manager who always prioritises the league over the cups and yet has never finished higher than 4th in 2004/5. His only cup success with West Ham is in a competition I would expect any English side in it to win.

Pathetic manager really. Gotta love that stability though.

Colin Harvey came 6th one season - season after hit the bottom half = sacked - that's when the club had ambition - I posted the thread that we should have been in for the Bournemouth Manager , but no just wait keep boring DM & let the Shyte grab him - no contract to pay off ideal other than Slots -

One season of dithering Dave - he will be gone in October with his brand of negativity - & we will struggle for a manager with that calibre with no pay off ???????

One season of DM most fans would pay for his Taxi now .....

Moyes should have been fired after that pathetic and disrespectful Wolves team selection

People laughed at the time but it was the right thing to do. He threw away a chance at a trophy to help his league push to 13th place.

He's been doing that for close to 15 years, he always prioritizes the league because he doesn't believe he's capable as a manager of competing on multiple fronts. When his West Ham side got European football they became pathetic in the league because he refuses to use his full squad to compete in multiple arenas.
