Not the best but enough to be a contrarian and get clicksWow, is that the best you can come up with? Embarrassing.

Funny thing is the owners want to know exactly the same thingWhen the club decide to part ways with Moyes this summer or when his contract expires next year I would love to know who is on their list as his potential replacement.
Lad put the whiskey down and go to bedGiven that only managers who are former players can win trophies at Everton. I want a former player. I think Baines, because he is already on the coaching staff would be a good pick, we may finally get some attacking fullbacks at the club again.
If Arteta doesn't win anything at the end of the season I could see Arsenal parting ways with him, but I think he is a really good manager, he has proven this season that he is adaptable, changing his style of play to grind out results.
Lee Carsley is probably the only other one that you could say has experience and is doing well, though its under 21 international, which is different from day to day management of the first team.
I think emotionally you look at people like Rooney and Ferguson, but I think other than Derby, Rooney has struggled to make that transition into management, maybe if he had Rosenior as his number two (like at Derby) he could be successful. I think Ferguson was a bit unlucky at Inverness because they went bust, but that was 2 years ago now and he doesnt seem desperate to get back in. I would love to see him at least back on our coaching staff, but perhaps he doesnt want to, now that he has been first team manager.
So does Moyes just not ones that are natural FBs or good at itHe does play Fb's
Is that you DaveJoey Barton would be my pick. Did well in Bristol, speaks his mind, and wouldn’t accept anything less than 100 percent from his players. A bit like Brian Clough.
There is so much wrong with this I don’t know where to startMaybe because we could try and do something different, rather than removing the current manager and ripping everything up and getting a new person in, new style of play, etc. I think promoting someone from within, that follows our playing style and evolves it, can work. When you look at what Brentford have done this season with Keith Andrews, or what Barcelona have done in the past with Pep and Xavi
Hes earned the right to move to another club is what happens next.Iraola has gone 12th; 9th; 6th in three seasons in the PL.

Carlo had us near the top of the table and with a couple of players in January we would have been in the mixAncelotti’s best skill is keeping the most talented teams from quite literally punching each other. Same as Zidane’s was. Honestly that’s not a million miles from Mourinho either.
The vast majority of clubs (including Everton, which we saw with Carlo) don’t really benefit from this skillset.
Good for them but what’s that gotta do with what I said? And yet Villa and Palace are in European finals as were Fulham recently
You saidGood for them but what’s that gotta do with what I said?
Either Iraola or Glasner would be upgrades and both come with benefits. Glasners drive and consistency have enabled him to take different clubs into Europe and Iraola has shown his tactical ability and adaptability in the Short term.
Think both come with concerns. Iraola in an interview with The Telegraph a few years ago said
“I don’t see myself [working] for a long time, no,” he reveals. “It’s a very personal thing. Balancing it with family life is complicated, especially when you have children. You can’t change places every two years. There will come a time when you have to prioritise other things. I’m 41 now, I have no idea how long it will last but I know I won’t be there for long.”
And Glasner has had a couple of fillings out at different clubs.
I guess we're not going to get the perfect candidate and we need to take a risk. For me, Glasner would be the one. He seems to have that demanding personality that brings success but I'm not going to be disappointed if Iraola is in the dugout at Bramley Moore on opening day.
