There is a whole generation brought up on not having an Everton manager for more then 18 months at a stretch.

A Churn generation, that wont wait for a whole philosophy to be embedded, if it means 8 bad results on the trot - its why Glasner, Iriola and Dude at Brighton - thrive there, those clubs dont have the expectation that's here, here is a different ball game.
