Until hospitals do actually get overwhelmed and people are dying in the streets then the average Joe ain't gonna do anything this government tells them. Just to be clear I was pro original lockdown and I'm also vaccinated.

I don't think that "proof" of a negative test is the answer either.. I've worked with people who don't even bother taking the test but just log it on the gov website as a negative. Basically you can't trust people not to be [Poor language removed] morons.
