I do that sometimes, like you say, mad how naive and dismissive people (myself included) were at the start of this all.

This headline and the date sends shivers when I see it thinking how it changed the world, I remember reading this on the train as just 'another news story'....

China pneumonia, disgraceful headline.. did nobody at the time consider that this might stigmatise the Chinese? Someone should lose their job for that.

Shopping in Liverpool this morning.. I reckon about half the people in the shops were wearing masks. I wore one as did my family. Lots of shop staff not wearing them..

It almost felt wrong or bad not to put my mask on to be honest! Even though we don't have to..
I really can't wait for them to remove compulsory masks in Ireland.. I hope to never wear one again..I have a big head and the elastic on the masks is not long enough to comfortably fit around my ears, I tried the mask clamps but that made the mask itself not fit over my nose and mouth correctly. I have pain behind my ears now where the band digs in and it's constant not just while the mask I on.

Why would it affect an overseas fan? If you have had jabs x2 you should be ok?
Depends on what they accept as proof of vaccination. If it’s only through the NHS app where you scan a QR code for access, then obviously that’s a complete no-go for anyone outside the UK.

I have some doubts about how willing to accept the American vaccine cards any other countries are going be. Since we don’t have any centralized health care, all we got upon vaccination was a small card with the date and type of vaccine. No actual record was made that links back to any kind of official identification. The cards are imminently forgeable, and several people have already been caught selling blanks to anti-vaxxers who fill the info in and never actually get the shot.
