Yeah. If anybody thinks that Kyiv falls and Putin's puppet gets to the office, and we go back to our lives pre Feb 24? How delusional can they be?

Imagine Visa/Master Card saying 'oh you won, kudos bro, here then we lift the sanctions, give Caesar what is due'
Russians will to turn to China, India and other countries, basically new Cold War and bipolar world.

er - if they wanted to extradite him for espionage they would have done it, in fact they are doing it. So to claim two women made up allegations to frame him is not only not necessary, it’s pretty offensive
sure, believe that if you want

What are people's opinions on a no fly zone for Ukraine?

I am against it but it's starting to look desperate for the Ukrainian people.
Johnson said it isnt happening, the only way something might is if massive airstrikes occur against the civilian population. But even then.......

Still, Russia will be isolated as hell, lots of people in European part of Russia will turn against Putin. Don't forget 1917, Russian people are not that weak.
1917 was a coup by a small group of people who grabbed power - the Bolsheviks, who then went on to set up power and terror structures for the following 70 years - nothing to do with the Russian people at all.

Many of them came from an ethnic grouping that still hold sway in Russia today.......

tbh this is the stuff I'm sick of. Have you heard of Julian Assange. He's not in witness protection, he is dying in a British prison. For what? A journalist who gave the world evidence of NATO's form of warmongering.

Putin is not a 'madman', 'lunatic' that should make us feel morally superior in the west. He is a product of the collapse of Soviet Russia.
This war was inevitable as long as western markets kept pushing into the East.
The west is playing a very dangerous game. To dismiss the war as the whim of a madman is just western posturing.
Julian Assange is a very bad example. For what it's worth, not for his 'wikileaks' stuff - but you using him as an example is extremely strange.

Putin is quite clearly a lunatic. If you don't think he is then that makes you one too.

That never gonna happen, because it would be declaration of war against Russia, and i think majority of us know what that mean, goodbye Europe

Satellite imagery company Maxar Technology says that earlier reports indicating the column of Russian armour advancing on Kyiv is 17 miles (27km) long are inaccurate.

The convoy actually stretches about 40 miles, according to Maxar.

The company added that new images also show ground troops and attack helicopters in southern Belarus, less than 20 miles from the Ukraine border.

Frightening that.

Would have thought its a very easy target now with the amount of publicity its getting.

Considering Russia aerial supremacy and anti-air capabilities, highly unlikely. Also its not like Ukraine have much aerial assets left, those Turkish drones are small and only capable to target 1-2 vehicle per run, they are also extremely vulnerable

Also convoy of this size, you can expect its very well defended.

one of the reasons that Russia hasnt bothered with sending large numbers of planes up is because they know that they dont need to establish control, because Ukraine cant control it themselves, and NATO wont get involved.

Russia warns it will hit targets in Kyiv

The Russian defence ministry has issued a warning to Kyiv residents that it is preparing to hit targets in the Ukrainian capital.
In a statement issued on Tuesday afternoon, Russian officials said their forces are preparing to launch "high-precision strikes" against "technological centres of the Ukrainian Security Service and the 72nd main PsyOps centre in Kyiv".
"We urge Ukrainian citizens who are being used by nationalists to carry out provocations against Russia, as well as Kyiv residents residing near relay stations to leave their home," the statement added.
Officials claimed the strikes are being carried out to "prevent information attacks against Russia".

seems a bit mad to centralize all that power along one highway. Take out a few bridges and the whole thing gets snarled up till they get temp. bridges in place. Let them sit burning gas to keep warm and hit their fuel supplies.
I have no idea about this stuff but this sort of convoy seems like a knee-jerk reaction to the resistance their army already faced.
