A lot of military folks liked him as they thought he was on their level, but at the end of the day he is purely self-serving as are most politicians.

Ben Wallace was sacked as UK defence (war) secretary. He falsely claimed to have arrested an IRA cell when he was in the British Army. He should stop being an accessory to murder by imploring others to join the senseless destruction, and if he feels so strongly about his class war on behalf of his neoliberal masters, he should go to Donbas himself and run headlong into the Surovkin line and meet Bandera.

Possibly Wallace is thinking ahead.

The Ukraine offensive has collapsed. The Russians push further west and Ukrainians run even further westwards in their millions. We know most young Ukrainians aren't interested in Ukraine, they want to go to the west as the propaganda has indoctrinated them to. The only way to avoid the second part is to prevent them escaping by holding a gun to their backs.

He's also demanded more spending on Ukraine from Sunkak and has reiterated that probably to make problems for his successor. Shapes will be there to not demand such spending.
