I said from the start of this season that we would be a top 5 team and I stand by that, the Southampton loss was only because we had 10 men for the majority of the game and we outplayed Chelsea for large parts of that match too. Today we have outclassed your very own team who took 5th last season. Are you worried though? That was a very easy victory for us, perhaps the most one sided we've had this season.

Best of luck to you in the league.
No way you'll finish in the top six mate, but I hope you win the League Cup.

They switched play in the second half over hibbo's head. He stood there watching as the ball went over his head with his mouth wide open. Great servant but pure goldfish moment there

I get what you're saying but how can you honestly expect Evertonians to 'support' and pat the players on the back after that. we are absolutely right to roast the players from that, despite the changes.

Then for Martinez to come out with that bolox.

Thats exactly what I disagree with.

You call it crap, I call it a poor game by almost a complete B side.

You take the good times with them last season, and you keep your rational head on and show some patience in the bad times.

Bobby needs to pull in his expansive game and go 451 for a few games. Nothing wrong with a 1-0 game if we play bang average for 90mins.

I know it's clutching at straws but at least there is no doubt over our best back 4.
I could be wrong but i think Coleman, Stones, Jags and Baines only played together for the WBA game and 89 minutes of the Wolfsburg game, conceding no goals. I'd imagine the team for the derby will be Howard...Coleman, Stones, Jags, Baines....McCarthy, Barry...Mirallas, Naismith, Lukaku....Eto'o. Play like we did in the first half against Wolfsburg and we'll be ok.

Of course it matters. Fans are entitled to have an opinion of that manager, and that comes from his statements and results on the pitch, as well as his tactical acumen etc.

If you're one of those people who won't have a word against Martinez, just like the Moyes adulators before you, then so be it, but your 100% wrong if you back the manager 100%. Nobody is perfect. He is not immune to criticism.

I have mentioned backing him 100% at all.

Shouldn't assume.

The bad times is the usual bottle job against liverpool

The bad times are just missing out on the top 4/ cup semi through a cock up against a bottom half side who haven't beaten anyone but you

This is something else, shipping 2-3 goals EVERY match it's a shambles.

People say "as long as we have coleman at RB and stones at CB we'll be sound" what happens if one gets a bad injury? We would be knackered! Should never have gotten to this point
