Succession Planning - Managerial Wishlist

Marco Silva. He has done quite well with a smallish club and seems to have toughened up. Will certainly do better with our younger talent and knows how to attack. Moyes does not. Looking at Braiden Graham...I would not let Moyes near him.
When things get tough he still stares at the ground like a scolded little boy. I want some fire or at least some action. I like Silva but he's not the right guy for me.

I don't honestly know who I want but I have a feeling that the Geordies will fire Howe and he'll come to us.

Silva…

Anyone ever noticed how long ALL his answers are in the press, pre & post match etc?

Drives me mad. Dont think I’ve EVER seen him answer a question with one word or a short one sentence reply.

He goes on for so long I think he forgets what the question was 😆

Howe is a very good manager but the issue is he wants full control over absolutely everything, and I don't think the club would go for that

Arsenal appointed Mikel arteta when he had zero managerial experience

Nada

When we appointed Moyes his only experience was at Preston and that turned out to be ok for us in the end

I would rather give carlsey the opportunity than a bloody pereira, Thomas frank, ange postenoclue, ten Haag or Amorim flavour of the month
Arteta was in his early 40s and worked under Guardiola so a bit more atune with Premier League football and clearly ambitious

Hope not as Howe isn't what we need

Could live with that.

With all Glasners antics at Palace, do we think his stock is still as high?

Will he have the same calibre of clubs after him now/ end of season?

Would we want him at Everton end of season?

Howe won't be our next manager

Baines and Coleman were my favorite full backs since the 80s.

Our current full backs suggest neither of the above is having much impact as coach / finding talent.

So I hope you're not right, albeit you might be onto something.

you could get marcelo, roberto carlos, philip lahm, zambrotta, ashley cole (he’s already tried), evra etc all working with mykolenko and he’d still take 5 touches to make a pass and loop powderpuff crosses into the air
