Personally this would be my shortlist in no particular order from bits of reading through the season. Trying to summarize from profiles on these guys but do think there is interesting names in this bunch.
Andoni Iraola (Bournemouth)
Ultra aggressive, hyper vertical, focused on forcing turnovers high up the pitch and attacking instantly.
Inigo Perez (Rayo Vallecano)
(Iraola's past assistant) very similar style. Press heavy, wide overloads etc. More gettable than Iraola.
Oliver Glasner (Crystal Palace)
Physically demanding, vertical 3-4-2-1, explosive counter attacks.
Sebastien Hoeness (VFB Stuttgart)
Similar style to Glasner. Has led Stuttgart to 2nd in the Bundesliga. Fluid, attractive positional play (4-2-3-1/3-4-2-1)
Pierre Sage (Lens)
Has led Lens 2nd in Ligue 1. Has stepped in clubs and quickly overhauled usually with a progressive 4-3-3 or 3-4-3.
Kjetil Knutsen (Bodo/Glimt)
The giant killer himself. Fan of expansive 4-3-3 utilizing heavily automated patterns and overlaps.
Raffaele Palladino (Atalanta)
Engaging tactician. Employs usually a fluid, modern 3-4-2-1 built on aggressive, man oriented pressing and clever utilization of half spaces.
Francesco Farioli (FC Porto)
De Zerbiesque. Likes for 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1, baiting the opponents to press high and exploiting the vacated space.
