Succession Planning - Managerial Wishlist

You really would like us to be another Bournemouth. 12th?? Heard it all now. We are 8th after a bad week bet hey lets strive to be better and be 12th

More would get behind him? The only place I hear the Moyes out shouts are in here. In the real world everyone I meet are behind him.

If you think the likes of Dave would take 100m+ to be spent and 12th to show for it then where have you been hiding?

bravo mate ;)

Ches Febregas...
His coaching style is a blend of the "Positional Play" he learned at Barcelona and the verticality he experienced in the Premier League.

Formation: He primarily utilizes a 4-2-3-1 or a flexible 4-4-2 defensive block.
Possession-Based: Fàbregas prioritizes dominating the ball, ranking among the top Serie A teams for ball retention and progressive passes.
The "Box" Midfield: He often uses inverted wingers or "two number 10s" to create numerical overloads in central areas, forcing opponents to collapse inward and leaving space for fullbacks.
Aggressive Pressing: His teams are known for high-intensity counter-pressing to win the ball back immediately after losing it.
Let's just say he's knows he's got admirers in our boardroom.

He doesnt need to bring in players, simply coach them. He's developed some outstanding talent while with Bournemouth and through playing them their levels have improved.

Moyes doesnt do that. Moyes has his favourites and doesnt play anyone on merit.

Huge gulf.

Were in 8th with limited player development and crap football.

If we were 12th playing attacking football and Dibling, Aznou, Armstrong and George playing lots of minutes i think the fans would get behind the manager far more than Moyes.

Your post makes no sense.

"There is no need to blood youngsters when we can buy the finished article".

- Everton cant buy the finished article. Unless you're talking about gambles, punts and average players.

100% ive been a big fan for a couple of seasons and when we were linked to him and Wesley with those talks rumoured...

...i thought we'd hit the jackpot.

Sadly...Moyes.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Take a look further than that if you're doing a trawl of my previous posts.

I gave Moyes first time around unswerving loyalty uo until around 2010 when he started flapping his gums about the fans being a disgrace for opposing Kenwright and doing Kenwright's work for him having a firesafe to keep him debt-free.
So just to clarify.... You have an agenda regardless?

Moyes has been great this time around. He has stabilised the club, improved the squad and he has managed to ship some of the dead wood. I am hoping that is the job TFG brought him in to do and now have contingency plans to move him on at the end of the season and replace him with a more modern progressive manager, I am looking for the anti-Dyche. Any new manager needs investment and time to move things forward, there are a few younger ones out there, it is a matter of attracting them. My choice would be Iraola.

What's this agenda bs, should people be be forced into liking Moyes, is that what you are implying?
And it's OK for Dave to fill the site with all sorts of reasons every day as to why he should be sacked when he admits it's about something Moyes did in 2010 that he hasn't forgiven him for? We could be top of the league and he would still be like this. He has an agenda and he is consistent with it. It's just a shame we all have to live it every day.

Table since Dyche appointed by Forest.

Moyes has one point more from one game less.

Dyche has 3 more goals. 🤔

Dave is entitled to his opinion and tbh he is no worse than others at the other end of the spectrum who bang on about how we are no better than Moyes and give it all the 'be careful what you wish for bollox', also its up to the moderators to decide (and they do tell him) when enough is enough. Put him on ignore if you don't want to read it, I have a few posters on ignore as they bore the hell out of me tbh.

Not questioning whether he could or couldn't. like I said, you don't know unless you try.

But You are looking at the complete opposite of club models, so you can't take away how big a part the club "behind his face" plays in there success..

"Everton can't buy the finished article unless taking gambles"

Every player is somewhat a gamble Zat, kids more than anything.
So that was a silly response..
