Succession Planning - Managerial Wishlist

Yeah, maybe. More of a footballing decision. Also sure Salah castigating him publically egged on by that wee prick Robertson probably got more fans onboard, but ultimately the board pushed him.
Yes never met the standards and the fans wanted him out.

Just like us, so 'noise' does get heard by owners.

Moyes is lucky we ran out of games (unlucky for us) one more performance at home like the last one would of seen him gone.

Look I'm not debating the performances were shockingly bad after Chelsea. I do think we need a strong window and flying start to the season or else he'll be under the pump.

Other clubs always ask ‘what would Everton do’ weird mix of plucky narcissism inherited from BK is still alive in BMD. Until we root out those who perpetuate this (including the present manager) we are in a constant doom loop of signing relegated players and top eight over the hill cast offs.

Folks, it's nice outside. May I humbly suggest you stop getting so wound up about what Everton are and aren't doing set against what other clubs are (or aren't) doing.

It's not good for you. It was obvious we are t going to chase Iraola, Glasner or other manager this summer, so why do.it to yourselves?
We should just accept that our club is pathetic and mediocre again? That the new stadium was a lie? That we are standing still yet again while everyone around us improves? That the extent of our ambition is an 8th place finish? That when we sack this manager in November we will yet again be looking in the bargain bin for his replacement in a panic?

If it's true that Milan are going for Slot instead of Glasner we need to be on the phone to him right now. Or else we'll end up with Thomas Frank or some firefighter once Moyes gets sacked in November

I absolutely hate that lot but that’s how you do it,end of season review then act even Bournemouth made the gamble with o Neil he had done well but they made a change with iriola and look how the gambles payed off,the times now really

In hindsight this was so obviously going to happen but still I'm gutted.

He will do very well there as well unfortunately.

Never wanted more to just let myself off the hook and stop caring about Everton.

In the nicest way, posting to the same folk in here ain't gonna change it.

Someone emailed the club. Laudable, but probably futile in isolation. Maybe the time and energy spent by folk on here would be better used co-ordinating protest, petitions and email campaigns?

Just a thought. Surely better than constantly pissing and grizzling impotently, right?

I emailed the club as well but just telling people "ah well nothing we can do" is part of the reason we're so pathetic now, if we don't demand anything of the club why should they do anything other than the bare minimum

I have zero interest in who we are signing it wont make a blind bit of difference.

It will be the same as always.

If we start the season with two new full backs who can control a football and Michael Keane on the bench it will transform the team. A good striker and we would be in dreamland.

People who think our problems stretch no further than the manager will be in for a shock when a new manager comes in and still can't get Mykolenko to play football.
