Don't know what you're trying to say but a club is its supporters, not its players.
How is that relevant to this debate or my last post? What do you mean by

That we're a big club because if enough of us believe it then it must be true?
Fine. But most Evertonians are also concerned about winning. We want regular European football and we want to regularly challenge for trophies. If we were able to attract better players, managers and investors, we would stand a better chance of that.
Big clubs tend to attract the best. We're not attracting them.
Seriously, I don't think we need to change much. Even Kenwright can stay. Just 3 key appointments:
- new Chief Exec to oversee a global strategy to improve our status (marketing, sponsorship etc).
- new Director of Football to aid the Chief Exec in this strategy in football matters.
- new manager who refuses transfer deals which smack of small-time, who focusses on deals which appear big-time.
Perception counts for a lot in sport (as in life).
