Our squad and their ages

Right, so you want to sell Tim Everton Cahill and replace him with some young Dutch player and a RS player? Is that what your really saying? I mean, like REALLY.

Do you play FM mate?

Why speak in definites about all this surely every deal should be weighed on one single factor wheather its better for Everton then worse - simples.

There is always a place for quality and expeierence - sometimes it goes hand in hand. But then again we got a fee for Mark Pembridge and no one was complaining really. You cant genreilise old and young for me - it depends on the individual deal and does it make sense for the team.

As exciting as our young players are they need expierence around them Super Tim Cahill has become so savy in the last three years its unreal, the little niggles and gamesmanship to find the inch of space - we would miss it to be fair. That siad i doubt we would have turned down 1 mill for Valente or AVDM last Jan - its about individual context rather then a definitive policy.

Yes I get it, theres loads of younger super players out there, they cost money and also take a while to adapt and grow into players, they can only dream of being Tim Cahill.

your well of suggesting selling 3 of our best players, saha`s just come good and is our only scoreing striker but you want to sell him? i`d rather sell yakubu.
cahills our best player on the right day and when arteta comes back will easally double his scoreing.
howard is just iraplaceable at the minute.

this post might of made more sense if you posted when we wasnt doing well but we`ve just found form and its thanks to the form of the trio you want to get rid of.

Thank God.

Ignoring their ages, which is hard, but try, who would you prefer, Cahill or Fellaini?

Tough one.
I think Fellaini could prove to be our biggest asset once Moyes gives him a full time position.
I would have to say Mo. He wins in all ball at feet departments, and is a good goal scorer too. He will be as big as Cahill one day, if not bigger.

He is nearly 30.

Yes, we love him to bits, but he won't stay here for much longer, and even if he does, he will soon become a rotated player once the squad is fully fit.
Wait untill after the World Cup, and I'll bet a pound to a penny it's his destiny to leave m8.
Why not get big money at the end of it that we can further the squad?

Sell Cahill?

SELL CAHILL?!

SELL CAHILL?!!!

SELL ******* CAHILL?????!!!!!!!!!!
