The majority of those calling for Moyes head now, are anti board anyway, so it's a moot point.
I am not sure that is the case, I think it,s split but hey good job by one and all at L4 with the old divide and conquor job.

Im not wholly confident that the board will pick a good manager, if Megson is anything to go by.
Yeah, cos every manager will want rid of 20 players and to sign 50 no one likes a good player someone else has bought. Order that turnstile now.
Back to your original point. There's no guarantee it will fall anywhere. The next TV deal gives them a better chance of masking their inadequacies than ever before. One good appointment is all it will take to keep the plates spinning.
I have a feeling we will end up Brenden Rodgers mk2 which could get the plates wobbling badly before the end of the season. His aftermatch interviews won,t wash with the fans. Intresting times at the top of the table at L4.
It should do but everton fans do have a history of shrugging shoulders and looking the other way untill we are on the verge of the trap door or have fallen through it.
Bill knows this, plays on it, so when the Wigan defeat happened it was a trap door moment but you see we won the following week and fans have shrugged shoulders again on the bigger issues.

I don't agree.
I think Evertonians have a history of being pragmatic, not apathetic. When change was needed e.g. the end of the Johnson era, the fans rose up & made their feelings known.
Opinion is split on Kenwright currently, as there's still plenty who think the stability out weighs the risk of AN other coming in & many just turn up to watch the football & don't take much interest in behind the scenes politics. Of course he would come under much more pressure should on field performance slide, as that's how it works.
The Wigan defeat put the entire club under the spotlight & Moyes / Kenwright both came in for criticism. The win on Saturday maybe gave some perspective to some who knee jerked about Moyes, but it changes nothing for those who want board room change imo.
I'm prepared to predict that if he goes (& I think he will, barring a CL miracle), that we'll go downhill rapidly under Martinez who appears to be a shoo in, to replace him.
I am in complete aggrement with you on your assesment and the outcome on Brenden Mk2.

While I don't see Rodgers as any great shakes he's hardly been the disaster some predicted. They've been the form side in the league tonking sides 3-0, 4-0 and the like up until recently.
He's not looked great in the transfer market but he's got them playing after an awkward transition at the outset. Too early to judge him as useless IMO. My hope and expectation is that we will do as Swansea did and avoid the usual suspects merry go round.

sorry fella when I said Brenden Mk2 = Martinez

Point remains. If he's brendan MKII it's to early to say whether that's a good or bad thing IMO.
I justcan't buy into the idea that we'd implode if Moyes leaves. It would probably be as spectacular as Leeds if it hapopened. But we're nowhere near that level off the pitch.
D410.
You are ignoring the possibility that a new manager could improve on what David Moyes has acheived.
David Moyes has created this situation, now that he has ,I think we may all be surprised by whats comes out of it.
1. David Moyes is not coveted by top clubs all over Europe.
2. Everton existed before David Moyes and will be there after him.A new manager may improve on the good work done by David Moyes.
