Thought I'd start a thread and see what people are thinking.

For me I think we need to replace him in the Summer. I'm grateful for him coming in last year and putting some confidence into an under achieving squad but this year we haven't been good at all. Our league position flatters us and right now we're only heading in one direction. If you go on recent form theres a chance Leeds in 15th, 6 points behind us could catch us, thats how close this league is.

Nobody likes to admit it but the atmospheres dead in the stadium because we all know as soon as that line up comes out and we see the bizarre decisions hes making, we're in for a stinkfest. Fans need to stop blaming themselves, after a days work and a long night in a freezing cold stadium we deserve to see our team coming out to try and win, not watch a load of players playing out of position looking like they've never played together before.

This isn't building or looking at the future, the footballs actually worse than when Dyche was in charge. We have a manager doing press conferences saying hes aiming for Europe but then playing with no ambition at all.

Thanks for all you've done David, you're an Everton legend but its time to part ways.

He’s no legend, and personally, think he should be given time.

You don’t got from bottom 5 to top 5 in a season, and new stadium, and half a new team.

Think threads like this are ridiculous really, but suppose it’s just a point of view.

Expectations are high and perhaps he won’t fulfill them, but I’d still like him to have more time.

Imagine no one else had thought of a David moyes thread or something similar.

Entirely depends on the owners ambition for the club. If they're going to invest properly then a new manager to take us forward is a good shout, but if they're just looking for "stability" aka just existing and pretending its an achievement than Moyes is as good an option as anyone.

If they've sorted out a deal with another manager who's better, the end of the season would be an appropriate time to end things. If they don't have that, sacking Moyes would be ridiculous.
