Do you think he's not done well in the transfer market then?

Done OK..

Dont go quoting me all your Chelsea Billionaire sh*ite again... Chelsea played Leeds this week, in exactly the same rainy, cold conditions in the cup as we did..
Chelsea played Cech in goal - we played our second choice.
Chelsea played Lampard in midfield - we played Silva - who wouldnt get into any Prem team.
Need I go on ?

Our players want a trophy.. I can back that up privately...

Moyes is OK... But, Im too old to settle for OK...

We are allowed to differ in opinion by the way !

Thats all Im after, I no Moyes hater.. I have seen better at Everton.. I just dont buy into the ' Lucky to have him stuff ! '

You must go back a long way.
I've been going the match since Harry Catterick days and not seen better than Moyes since.
Kendall excepted of course.
Think a lot of blues think we should win every game regardless of our lack of finances.Sky have a lot to answer for breeding a lot of glory hunters with no real feeling for their club.
We should be glad and grateful we were born blue.
cmon EVERTON

So you have seen better then...

Is any of that related to what I posted?

1. No I don't deny it.. also I never have.. what of it?
2. In what way is he trying to be like Wenger or Fergie?
3. Pretty sure if you ask Elong he will probably consider me to pro our chances in the cup? So again what?
4. How?
5. Your editing not mine

Giving up at certain games is unacceptable it seems churlish to add it obviously affects chances of CL qualification and cup success but there it is. The aping of Fergie and Wenger as though we had CL or were going for the league is a fkin nonsense considering the only thing we can possibly win are cups.

With respect your pro or neg view on our cup ambitions are neither here nor there the fact is in 10 yrs we haven't and moyes antics contribute.

Apathy supports all the above instead of saying fck this for a game of soldiers whats going on wheres the money going etc.
is your computer slowin btw, mine is

Royle... 3 points adrift at the bottom.. one of the first games was Liverpool....

We beat Liverpool, stayed up, and won the FA Cup...

Moyes ?

Maybe.. but our recent history would say no.

aye
but one manager in 40 years when money wasn't quite as important as it is now.
Moyes record is excellent in comparison to every other manager with the same financial constraints over the last 10 years. isn't it?

Im not arguing mate.. Im just giving my own opinion. You do make some cracking points..

That is an absolute embarrassment of a post. We were at the point of just existing in this division when Moyes came we started challenging for Europe.

Behave.

Yeah mate it's just that i don't think Everton come into existence then, some of us go back a bit further than that - how about you?

To be honest I just wanted to know where you stood on Moyes transfers as you seemed to think it quite poor..

Yes Nige I supported us in the glory days of the 80's I wasnt quite old enough of the Mersey Millionaire era, what ever way you like it at before we had Moyes we had an ageing squad that was scrabbling around trying not to be relegated.

He got us 4th in the Premier league and yes we did have that big blip but the last few seasons has seen us stabilise and grow as a squad. We have an exciting team that is the best I have seen in the last 22 years. Name me a starting 11 that is better than what we have now since 1991?
