Not really arsed what some idiot from a forum thinks of me like to be fair,

but on your logic you have zero proof he is a racist, so accusing someone of being racist when they are not is scummy anyway

like I said, there is absolutely no reason why firmino whould do what Holgate has accused him off, the day he admits it or PROVED he did I will walk to each and every single member of this forums houses and eat your toilet paper

*Wipes arse

1) someone who's himself black and knows how horrible it is to be racially abused would hardly go and do it to somebody else
Bollocks

2) he wasn't even speaking in English, and from the first replay of the incident any person with half a brain could see that
Which he didn't react to - it was what was said afterwards.

3) I'm, not suggesting Holgate is intentionally playing the race card
That's good of you.

4) if Holgate had any sense he would have reviewed the footage at the end of the game and put it down to what it was, mishearing an angry firimino
Hot bollocks on toast.

5) there was a few other players around the incident so if a racist word was used, im sure one of them would have picked it up
Maybe they did - we don't know yet.

6) if this was the other way around and Holgate accused on firminho I bet my house and car most of you would be calling firminho a liar
Cheesy bollocks.

7) *edit* most importantly, stop playing the victims in this, it is literally something over nothing, firmino got a little push and then swore back ( NOT RACIALLY ) acting like kopites here, if the FA had any sense they'd tell both parties to get a grip
Disgraceful comment.

This was really bad and you should feel bad for posting it.

Stop posting mate, cheers

I don't think anyone's playing the victim, I think they just want it to be investigated fairly by the FA.

You've no idea what was said, neither do I, but if an allegation of that sort has been made then it should be investigated, not just brushed under the carpet like you're suggesting.

That doesn't mean we're being victims does it, so I'm not sure why you're throwing that about and being so adamant that it couldn't possibly have been racism. I think you should settle down and stop being so desperate to waive it off as Holgate being a fanny about it.

And the FA are looking into it, what I have a problem with is people slamming a player ( regardless who he plays for ) for being a racist when nothing has been proven yet, is it not innocent until proven guilty?

I have no idea what was said, but going off the evidenc we have you can see he's not speaking English, looks like he saying puta or something

your making out im calling Holgate and calling him a liar, that is 100% untrue, his reaction at the time was totally justified if that's what he's thinks happened, I just thought he'd have reviewed the footage, calmed down and thought about it realistically

Sweet, can't wait.

so now im a racist? what a sad sad man you are

forum rule number 1) take your blue tinted specs off and you are automatically a kopite

HAHAHAH can't make this [Poor language removed] up!

So where exactly did I call you a racist? I haven't, so don't call me sad, or a man actually. Thanks.

If you're not purposely trolling then you need to have a think how you portray yourself online (and I know you "don't care what people think of you" but just try it) then perhaps you wouldn't have a load of blues having a go at you.

I think it’s more the fact that you seem to think that someone who has been racially abused wouldn’t do it to someone else, which is just ignorant. People from different races and backgrounds can view other races and backgrounds as lesser, regardless on if they have been abused or not.

And also that you think Holgate should stop being a fanny about it. He thinks he has been racially abused, he has reported it so it can be investigated. He has then stayed silent. He has done it properly. If it comes back that he misheard then he will most likely accept it and get on with it. But do you think he has access to the multitudes of Cameras immediately after the game? He had to get his complaint in for the match report so it would be investigated.

You have also used a definite in that you specifically state that Holgate ‘misheard’ him. You don’t know that, that is why it hasn’t been reported and under investigation.

Don’t be so ignorant towards race and what it’s like to be racially abused.

is it not innocent until proven guilty?

You won't find me arguing with that to be fair

I have no idea what was said,

So why so adamant that he didn't say the word he's accused of?

reviewed the footage,

If he's only able to view the footage that was televised then it won't have shown the point at which Firmino says what he is alleged to have said as it was obscured by Kenny. With that said his reaction would suggest he knows what he's heard and he doesn't feel the need to review anything and he has every right to ask the FA to investigate and review footage that wasn't readily available.

The issue people have taken with you is that you appear to have made light of the situation because you don't like Firmino being labelled a racist, I agree it's unfair until it has/hasn't been proven but it's going to happen, that's just how a certain section of society are. You can't use your anger towards that section of society though to justify just waiving off a racism claim.

Yeah this guys either a complete troll or stuck in the 60s. Either way I'm not paying any more attention to it.

thought you wasn't paying any more attention, you made a claim I was stuck in the 60's or something, what did you mean by that if you wasn't implying I was racist?

understand your point pal, but that wasn't my whole argument, it was just one of the few points I had

like I've said, it's up to the FA to decide, if he is found guilty then fair do's im wrong ill be the first person to put my hand up
