Realistically nothing better apart of Man City type of takeover could happen to us. I am delighted with the progress in the last 13 months. Really happy with Moshiri. And big thanks to Bill Kenwright. He said he wants to find the right buyer, the right investor. He did it.

What would you have done differently in his position? I know you're only on a windup like but it would be interesting to know

Take Lukaku's advice to spend on players that were identified and deals set up for them but then not delivered on.

There's been nothing done here out of the ordinary for any Evertonian who witnessed the Kenwright years of poorly funded squads and fine stadium promises and schemes that failed to happen.

What's the difference so far really? None that I see.

Well, there's the cladding. ;)

We wouldn't of got Koeman if he wasn't here.

We would still be tied to huge interest charges on the debt if he weren't here.

Goodison would still look a state if he weren't here.

We wouldn't have a deal to purchase the land if he weren't here.

We wouldn't have got the £150m USM money if he weren't here.

We wouldn't have spent 35 million in January if he weren't here.

We wouldn't be in a position to get the funding for a new stadium if he weren't here.

He has however been here and ratified for about a year now. And you (amongst others) have never given him a chance, so I'd suggest we are at the stage where you're just trying to save face. As you were....

£150M from USM?! WTF are you going on about?

He's bought shares and he's bought the club debt...have a guess how much of that cash he'll see again. Yes, that's right - ALL of it.

He's handed Everton a 40 year debt to pay off - that is the substance of his financial wizardry at the moment. "Clever"? I'll say he is. He's getting plaudits for handing this club nothing.

What nonsense. Name 1 person who has purchased a stadium for a club.

Even Abrahamovic has taken 13 years to establish Chelsea and make them profitable before purchasing them a stadium. Mansour wouldn't of given City a 2nd look without Eastlands.

Apologies if I got the USM figure wrong. I thought it was £150, I may have been wrong.

Also are you saying that good owners lose money on clubs? So Moshiri should've just given the club £80? And then sold it for £80m less than its value?

How about praising him for taking on a club that had been so mismanaged.

Binned the clown
Made massive progress with a new ground
Realigned our finances
Exploring new revenue streams i.e. USM FF
Tarted up GP so it doesn't look dated from the outside
Gave us some pride and optimism for the future

Top marks the Mosh

I voted the first option too, but the one black mark I have against him is your number one item....about firing Bobby.

He should have acted sooner.....he delayed too long and that cost us a glorious opportunity to win the Cup last season IMO.

Other than that I am extremely satisfied with Wee Mr. Mo thus far ;)

Indeed, the only mark against his name. Fresh ideas, and the ability to organise a defence would have seen us lift the cup. Big Joe and Unsy would have delivered the trophy

Correct. It should've been done instantly and if not the second the final whistle went at Anfield. That's without doubt a mistake.
