He just needs one good transfer window, just 1, that'll change everything.

Hopefully this transfer window will be a watershed in our great clubs history.

RK came in the summer and realistically you couldn't have expected him to make wholesale changes.

He had to assess what he had , who he intended keeping and who was for the chop.

Also his reputation for progressing young players meant he had to be given time to look at them.

Walsh coming in was a game changer for future squad development. He will know by now what Koeman needs and will have done his homework.
Transfers so far have been good Bolassie (before injury) looks good, Gana and Schnederlin have been outstanding
Lookman and Calvert Lewin are very promising.
Steks was a strange signing but maybe Koeman bought him as his voice in the dressing room.
Williams is a stopgap to shore a previously leaky defence.
If the funds are available and we keep Rom and ROSS then 3/4 signings for the first 11 plus a marquee signing will show our intent.

It's all in Moshiri's hands now.
So far he hasn't put a foot wrong , he now needs to release funds for Koeman and Walsh to do their jobs.
Koeman now knows what he needs and what he wants.

How we finish the season ( starting with beating the [Poor language removed] in the shithole and then getting something at Manure ) will determine the Calibre of player we attract.

Chelsea Spurs and City ( if they beat Arsenal on Sunday ) are favs for top 4 but the other spot is up for grabs.

Arsenal are in free fall
Manure I think will concentrate on EL
The [Poor language removed] have an easier run in but they could have a Gerrard like moment and slip up.

So if we step up it's not beyond the bounds of possibility that we could snatch 4th

I think he has done a great job so far. Solid manager brought in albeit late in the day for substantial summer spree. Everything he is doing is aiding self sufficiency. He is not emptying his pockets for us but using business sense and making a business model. He is clever and knows finance and business to build Everton up. Stadium on the horizon, academy getting stronger. He has laid the foundations already and set us up to steadily improve over the next few seasons on a steady footing rather than acting like a big time Charlie chucking cash everywhere. He knows what he wants and finds a way to get it. It will be a few years yet but we are certainly heading in the right direction.

Well in Farhad, well in. 9/10. ;)

Would have been 10/10 if the stadium was built and ready and we were in the CL final. Nobody's perfect lol

Me mum use to say, never think you have arrived when your cupboard is still bare. Never thought that made sense till now. I am happy with the aspirations the new vigor we seem to have but I am an Evertonian and use to that shoe in the sky to fall. So I will remain in the middle waiting for our cupboard to fill a bit.

How's he done so far for you?

Summer Window was below expectations but otherwise he's exceeded expectations for me. Well boss him.
Start a thread like this after a failed transfer window rather than a day that there's been a small shove forward on a stadium deal and you'll get different results.

Nothing happened so far of any note. No big squad investment, no commercial shift to a different level, we stand at the bottom rung of a ladder on stadium delivery.

Errrr..USM Finch a Farm david? And 75m in the sky rocket

Think he's done okay myself, though as a club we are struggling to bring in the top players. Though it's not for want of trying, whether it is the big players pre conception of Everton as a club, no investment / no CL / no trophies and being cash strapped for years. Or simply the bigger players wanting CL now, we are finding it hard.
Mosheri has cleared the debt, invested in a better manager, improved the ground and could be on the verge of a new stadium in a prime location. These things take time we must have patience. He has already done ten times more than our previous chairman / owner has in one year than the previous 12 wasted years.
