Too little, too late. In summary.I've just finished work : did we play well, or was it a timid surrender ?

And?
What was the crowd reaction towards Martinez ?Too little, too late. In summary.
I echo your sentiments. I am equally distraught that Hibbo was a no showMartinez didn't even have the decency to give Ossie a run out at Wembley for what was surely his last chance to play there. To say I'm more than dissapointed by that is an understatement.

I don't know, but it certainly didn't do us any favour, the years onwards were dire, when Moyes came things started to improve but we have never become that big team we should be, but I think with a few changes that could be on the horizon.Often said by whom?
I'm Sorry I don't agree, martial is miles ahead of Lukaku at the moment, but they are different kind of players, so no the future it will be hard to judge who's better. Put it this way, if Martial was playing for us today we would have won.Lukaku is twice the player Martial is, i'm sure he'll continue to prove it in the future

Don't talk crap, we were in the game until the last 10 seconds, how was he supposed to put either of them on with extra time looming large?I echo your sentiments. I am equally distraught that Hibbo was a no show
Lukaku has been very good in parts over the season, but after the Chelsea game (which was one of his best performances) had got all big headed on international duty, mouthing off a bout Champions league with another club. He has be very poor ever since. Would Lukaku get a regular starting role at the moment at say Real Madrid? I don't think so, but I reckon Martial would get more game time. Lukaku still has that problem he thinks he's better than he is, he's very good but he doesn't do it consistantly enough, but if the team was set up properly every game he would improve no end. But it is hard to judge really as Marcial had Lingard and Rashford and Rooney supporting him, who did Lukaku have (oh himself). You're perfectly entitled to your opinion mate, even if its wrong. Rom has been doing the business for 4 years - with worse players around him, Martial has had a brilliant season, but registered about half as many goals. I think if we had Stracqualursi up top for us today we would have won
