Still got a decent bit of coach journey left yet, reading some of you are home is making me question the competence of my coach company!

Anybody else stuck outside Wembley til a decent bit after kick off because of a turnstile malfunction? Seemed to be thousands.

I'm quite peeved about it, going to put a complaint in and hope to get a decent response. Was queueing at Turnstile A forty mins before KO.

Whole Wembley set up was a shambles.

Oh wow...sounds like my company (transportation management firm) should be looking to look abroad.

Indeed, hell started just after Stafford! Have the same problem?

Yep, exactly the same, we've all had it, we sat in it for an hour. Meant to be home at 12, got back to Goodison at quarter past 1.

Whole set up (Thomas Cook especially) was shocking. All buses at one service stop, all going down the M6 when it said at half 2 this afternoon there would be problems tonight.

I got home ages ago mate if that helps.

I've also watched the full game again..

In your mood.. I wouldn't recommend that when you get home.

Safe rest of your journey mate.

Just back, aah well, same old heartbreak eh?on top of the derby, going one down, the missed pen,I think us fans should pat each other on the back, fantastic backing when all appeared lost dragged us back into the game IMHO,gutted though, just gutted, when will we ever win something again?

Catalogue of cock ups today really, started when the FA chose to kick us off at 5:15 I suppose, but coach companies not clocking on to roadworks is a bit special.

Thought Lukaku had an absolute shocker, there were 5 or 6 chances for him to bury one and he couldn't That rebound of De Gea via GD's pass should have been a sitter. Though Del really gave it his all and Jags had a pretty good game too. Gibson was pretty competent given his minimal playing time under Roberto. When he was playing at CB while stones went forward he really held his own and I was impressed. Barkley was eh, went down pretty easily in the box but it was a foul.

Baines was much better on the wing than Cleverly was. I had an open mind about him for most of the year but after that performance this morning I am of the belief that he is not good enough to start for EFC. Could be an alright sub player but even his corners are below average. Fellani definitely man of the match. I was thinking about the season opener of the last years under Moyes and he put in a 90th minute header to beat Man U every time Utd had a cross. Really wish he never left but who can blame him?

Roberto has surely got to go after and I think our only hope for next year is if we can get the money for a serious manager and ~world classish~ player. We need someone to come in and shake things up and most importantly, look like Everton with this new owner and manager can be a serious team. Even with more money I can't see anyone decent wanting to come to our team.

I don't know, but it certainly didn't do us any favour, the years onwards were dire, when Moyes came things started to improve but we have never become that big team we should be, but I think with a few changes that could be on the horizon.

And you put the "years following" being "dire" down to the fact we won the Cup?

Not only is that statement barking, it us also factually flawed as the following season we were much improved in the league, finishing 6th.

The Cup actually gave us a bit of momentum which was stymied when Johnson refused to back Joe when he wanted to sign Flo in 1997.

Joe left and then decline sat in.

But it was nowt to do with winning the Cup.
