As a team if we dont score the chances when they come along we lose the game as eventually the defence will fall apart and we concede.

I hate that empty feeling you get after you lose a big game particularly a semi final I find myself sinking into a depression god knows I should be use to it by now.

Its the hope that kills you

Just woken up , seems it did actually happen.

Such awful defending with 30 seconds to go, such a switch off.

Honestly feel like we will never get an opportunity this good again

So disappointed we are out. It's the same old story, did the hard bit getting back into the game then in typical everton fashion give away a shocking goal. We just aren't learning. See ya Martinez.

The atmosphere was brilliant, so proud to be blue. Cannot stand that frigging martial song. Somehow we ended up walking to Wembley park station with all the united fans to compound our misery. Oh everton!

Doesn't get any easier does it waking up this morning.

I hope we are going for a top Top manager, one who will give the fans some much needed confidence that we can get right back up there because league wise Martinez has absolutely destroyed us as a club.

Devastated is an understatement.
We were so much more of a threat when Gerry came on, and Stones pushed up to midfield.
Besic was ripped apart by Martial for the first goal, should have Hibbert or Connolly.
Was right behind Rom's penalty, his bodyshape gave away any advantage.
On a positive thought it was a stirring comeback in the second half, till the gut renching finale, so so
sad to see the young Blues were I was sat breaking down.

I couldn't believe how many empty seats there were around me for the second half, they must of got off after watching that first half shambles!!

Agree we need a top manager/well known name as a statement of intent. They would be able to attract players and possibly keep our better players. If we go for the potential managers such as Eddie Howe then how on earth would we attract any top players and what would that say to the players here. The appointment of a manager is going to be such a defining and massive decision. We now have the finances and have to act like a team that means business. Big decision needed.
