I got it really bad in Finland last year, completely stuffed up my last week of holiday, lying in bed for a few days completely delirious couldn't eat or drink anything, shuffling 5 steps felt like a marathon. Reckon I caught it off public...

Got the shot about 3 weeks ago, first time I've had any sort of reaction to it...probably because of my 💩 kidneys. I'd probably be on the floor if I got it without having had the shot. Sleep and plenty of it, if you can manage.
