He’s meant to be a good coach apparently, the first few seasons the managers have probably been influenced to keep him on because he’s an Evertonian.

If he’s still here under Brands and Silva I would expect it’s on merit, Brands will have come here on his own terms, he didn’t need to come here so If he keeps Duncn I would expect he feels he can give something.
