This scheme makes me weep with frustration. I was text a link to join the ballot. It didn’t work. Normally they email too but didn’t this time. On the club website and the app I just go round in circles. Any suggestions, other than putting it in a bowl of rice and firing it into the sun?

I suppose you have a day to get the time to phone your ballot seat preferences in? Pain in the arse like and shouldn't be happening to you.
