Same limits ofc would apply.

Now here is the caveat, 'did we use those limits'?

we where able to raise wages by approx 54m or so this season after sales to free up STCC, we increased it by approx 9m

under FFP rules we could have spent a lot more than 20m net

Our top earner is on roughly 90k per week

Do you not think Usmanov would rip up that wage structure to pieces?

Chelsea and City got where they are by paying massive wages bankrolled by their owners mate, STCC is so easily gotten around with clever sales that it is not a limiting factor in the slightest, what does limit though is having a very stringent wage structure

So same limits apply, which Usmanov would have clearly used, and trust me a premier league club owned by Usmanov would have agents creaming their kecks over getting players to join

Not to the extent we could have, however the threshold changes annually, the optimum time to have used any generated funds was in the last two windows, a different limit/threshold applies to this, thus the value of any saved funds is significantly less, they are not aggregate in nature. Irrespective the point being whether it's Moishiri or Usmanov we still must adhere to the rules, so Paul was right in what he said.

The game changer is the stadium and the growth of commercial revenue. It's the only show in town.

Personally the nail in the coffin on Usmanov and Everton for me was the stadium financing model, there are no limits when it comes to infrastructure, if Usmanov was coming to Everton or intended to, there is no way he or Mosh would have entered into a funding model with the Council or third party funder. That's killed him for me mate.

I disagree on your last point, he'd have still entered that deal, it's an excellent deal.

In their open letter to arsenal, Usmanov and moshiri laid out that they would have funded the Emirates build by debt and non-dividend equity mate, so anyone thinking he'd have built it out his own pocket is wrong, and for debt the financing model we are using is the best one possible. And if R and W holdings had been in charge at the time you realise it would have been moshiri charged with sorting out the financing model used.

Like I said, not on Twitter. But Esks view on Usnamov has always been the problem he would have actually disposing of his shares.

Some say it would be straightforward, (Chinese, investment groups, etc), Esk has never doubted that, just said it would be difficult.

He also said it suits Kroenke to keep him marginalised. Why would he buy Usnamov out, freeing him to fund, significantly, a competing club?

Makes no sense.
I never understood the last bit of your post and the Esk constantly bangs on about it.
If Kronke is so worried about the competition, why has he not reacted to City, Utd and Chelsea blowing Arsenal out the water, when it comes to spending and wages. Over the last few years.

I know Utd haven't got it quite right at the moment, but only a Matter of time before there back challenging for the title. While Arsenal struggle for top 4.
