I've just read Grand's post and whether or not directed at me I respect this type of thing and revert to my edict not to go into Current Affairs on here, or any other social media for that matter.
I feel strongly about this as you all do. I'm not going to bang on further about the West's hand in all this.
I just leave with the sentiment that ignorance does not do justice to those that are dead or those that will suffer the trauma through the generations.

Russia will achieve its aims - Putin tells Macron​

Russian President Vladimir Putin has told his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron that Russia will successfully demilitarise Ukraine and render it neutral, which he said were his goals there.

According to a read-out of the telephone call, Putin said that any attempt by Ukraine to delay negotiations would only result in Russia adding to its list of demands.

Putin also told Macron that he disagreed with a speech the French leader gave yesterday, in which he held the Russian president responsible alone for starting the war.

'NATO has no interest in invading Russian' - they don't need to, they have the markets to do that.

Um... I have a feeling Russia is a capitalist economy these days, don't you? This is not about ideologies. It is about despotism. I think unbridled capitalism is not a good thing. Too many poor people get poorer, while the rich get richer. Bit like Russian really. But not so different from many NATO economies, which are in a defensive alliance.

Not sure I understand your question sir.

Ukraine has land borders with Poland, Romania Slovakia and Hungary - all NATO members. If Russia occupies and annexes Ukraine, those borders don't move.
