Armenia apparently very easy and their government actively trying to make transfer of business smooth

That looked to be a country really going places until 'recently'...azerbaijan seems to have a problem with them and i think there were hostilities 1 or 2 years ago elsewhere too.

But apparently they were really looking to make themselves attractive for foreign companies back then and also offer high interest on deposits.

I suspect any of these companies moving there will find they benefit in the long run.
