Most heartening to see the sporting federations doing their utmost in a feeble to attempt to show their opposition to what's happening by refusing to play against Russia. No doubt they'll be allowed to play as long as they call themselves Rusia with one 's' or some such nonsense. FIFA, UEFA, F1 and the Olympics, among others, have tickled Putin's balls for years by allowing Russia to host a myriad of competitions and him to stand there to be adored (in his own self-obsessed head anyway). From what I’ve noticed the western news stations do tend to over hype and dramatize situations to get viewing numbers, that’s why I havnt been watching them, they are nothing like the Russian stations though who peddle utter bs. The Ukrainian news stations tell it straight they have no interest in misleading their public, if they are in danger they tell them but they don’t pump out hyperbole as they don’t want to cause panic.
