I'd welcome a dispassionate explanation of what the Russian perspective is too, to put that into context of what is happening.

Yep. Kev's story about the Alabuga complex weapon is interesting and the kind of post which adds to the discussion. A quick google search shows his story is 6 years old though, and several other countries such as the US, China, UK etc are doing the same research (presumably he didn't think anyone would check that).

But when he just constantly argues black is white, it does get quite tiresome which is why so many have resorted to just ridiculing him rather than engaging with him
