Ok, it has become very apparent that you don't have any insight or valid rationale behind your figures. It seems to be a case of take a figure, change it if you don't like it, then use some unknown mental gymnastics to extrapolate it to a number that suits your narrative.

If there is a genuine calculation I would love to see it.

It’s a messy situation which I feel has been made worse than it should have been.

Whatever the truth of what’s going on it’s been a disaster all round. Ukraine should have pursed the best realistic outcome.

This is it. No one is frightened of them anymore, NATO are looking at them and laughing at their inept handling of the war (sorry, Special Military Operation), their obsolete equipment and the damage being done to them…A busted flush I think is the term……

They’re not leaving the occupied areas - ever. Not sure we can call it a complete win as there are costs to that. But you can’t say they’ve gained zero

I would say if Russia end up with just what they currently have it's more of a loss for Russia than a win given that initially they wanted 100% currently have about 18% and maybe 50% of that they already occupied.. so for losing tens/hundreds of thousands of men, a large % of equipment, tanked their economy which isn't going to improve any time soon left with allies that are limited to Iran, Syria and North Korea, their border with NATO has doubled in size and anyone with a brain has skipped town.. all this and its nowhere near over yet.. F16s likley on the way, longer range missiles on the way that move alot faster than stormshadow which itself has caused massive dammage.

The only economy that has tanked is the wests - and how. Russia has untold resources so what appears to be massive materiel losses here in the British isles who have zero self sufficiency in basically anything, really aren’t for them.

Strange that. The British army has been contracted to train more than 30K Ukranians by next year. I don’t have the figures for the US or any other European country but I’m sure that figure will increase significantly.

Just to be clear I’m not ‘answering questions’ from people here only then to be told what I’m saying is not evidence.

Putin said the Ukrainians had 17k men killed in September and 71k killed overall since the counter offensive began. Would anyone really be surprised if that was the case ?

The counter offensive has failed and gained nothing except dead bodies piled up in mounds. If the Ukes want to sling some more into it that’s their problem going forward but in order to kick out the Russians they’d need 1-2 million men which they do not have.
