I got a warning yesterday for swearing.. Gana taking a ridiculous shot from about 25 yards made me swear..

Wondering if there’s a genuine possibility that Ukraine genuinely has no idea of how many men they have lost ?

I keep reading of vague numbers including estimates from Ukraine supporters but could this be a nightmare beyond what the west fears because they fanatically Pursued war without knowing the costs?

Could it that total losses are so great that once the whole thing is over they could emerge a completely ruined rump state?

The carnage is terrible on both sides.

The winter will kick in and hopefully a ceasefire will be declared at least to get bodies off battlefields and repatriated. The dead should be respected.

Do they know how many dead / missing limbs / wounded etc?

I wouldn't think either side have a clue how many losses they've taken.. Russia will take many many years to recover from this, there's been a massive brain drain with hundreds of thousands perhaps millions bailing out while they could...
Both countries destroyed for decades, Ukraine will be rebuilt but both countries will suffer economically for a generation.

You get all kinds of numbers bandied about even from pro Ukraine sources
