A waste of lives. Two countries that were positioned to work together now at war all because of one man and his flunkies.

No idea how sustainable those losses are for either side, but I presume that the Ukrainian side will run out of "meat for the grinder" before the Russians. I hope that the winter will slow down this pointless waste of life and combat will slow down though this means that the Russian grip on seized territory could tighten. Hopefully Russians will kick back against their children being slaughtered for the ambitions of their evil leaders.

And with the winter hitting and the infrastructure assault, this is going to be one horrendous phase of this war. The Russian aims of displacing Ukrainian civilians as refugees into Europe is completely despicable and they will be a pariah in the international community for a long time to come after this no matter what the outcome is.

It is a mess, and only one man is to blame, the sooner he passes away the better. In terms of the war and the winter I think Russia will do badly. Ukraine is not going to give up after so much devastation and suffering…Putin will be looking for a way out…..
