It depends on if they sit in Russian airspace and launch cruise missiles from the safety of their own ADs or decide to encroach closer to Ukrainian territory.

A S-300 missile system could shoot one down. On the other hand, they could be in the air to fly away from their own base to somewhere of safety.

They launch their cruise missiles between 600km and 1000km away from their targets , so well outside of the Ukranian SAM shield.

The only way to target these aircraft is when they’re on the ground and as we saw this morning that’s exactly what the Ukes are doing.

Looks like Ukraine launched successful deep strikes on Russian strategic bomber bases deep inside Russian territory (Engels and Ryazan).

From the footage shown you can hear the sound of something passing overhead moments before the impact and explosion at Engels airbase. Looks like the Ukes have cobbled together a deep-strike cruise missile, launch platform unknown at this stage.

Reports of multiple Russian TU-95 bombers destroyed.

Yeah, unfortunately. When they strike against targets like that, I assume they already plan for some retaliation from Russia and figure that in, but you never know how far Putin will take it. At this point though Im not sure any retaliation Russia does is against any real targets, because if Russia could already hit them they would have.
