I‘ll be honest, I used to think that the Russian troops didn’t know what was happening and that they were being treated as badly as the Ukrainians. But no longer. These barstewards are as bad as those who have gone before, and killed, raped and massacred innocent civilians who just happened to live in Ukraine. Whatever happens to them is fine, and the worse the better….

Like all invading forces they are raping and pillaging. As has happened through the ages. Yet in some countries they honour their past "heroes"

Get you with your witty deflections. In the vast majority of cased invading armies aren't all that nice. Irony is therefore lost on many of the Rule Britannia types (and similar former colonial powers)

Russia also did it in WW2, I’m not aware of U.K., USA or Canadian troops doing similar…

There are many cases of atrocities by soldiers of every nation which has fought a war. Russia/the Soviet Union are probably guilty of worse than most, but nobody has got clean hands. War is hell.
