I don't think anyone has said otherwise. The point, however, is that a number of NATO nations have cyber warface capabilities that meet or exceed Russia.

It'll be interesting to see how much we will use them.

Yeah that's the thing, you can cut Russia off from the world and tell them to survive on their own with the hope that the only option is to stop and come back to the world market. But you can't go to war with them. That's just not on the table.
