Cyber attacks on key infrastructure and banks would be a sensible strategy. Oligarchs losing dirty money and cryto won't be something they'll publicise.

As has happened in the past, manipulating water and electrical supplies can hurt the economy and public moral. Communications and data are pivotal too.

With a lot of Russian assets tied up fighting in or around Russia, they'll be wary of being probed elsewhere. The issue is how much they're willing to do.

I personally would love the carnage caused if the US hacked and seized every Russian owned crypto wallet.

There would be rivers or tears in the ale house from the technogoths.
