That's not even a question needing asking.

If they're on the list they aren't allowed to cross from the Russian side
Then there’s nothing to worry about then. Anyone who legitimately wants to go to say Estonia and is not on the list, is not being persecuted and therefore cannot be classed as a refugee. It’s therefore a mute point, because if as you say they are on the list they ain’t getting near the borders.

There is only one country who benefits from pipeline closure and Germany as most powerful country in Europe turning to LNG.

Putin with his fuckery managed to destroy Russia, Ukraine and soon this whole continent to turn to poverty and complete dependence. If they got any brains left in Russia, should shot him dead while they still can. Self sabotage on continental level.

European countries gas supplies are running at 85% of what is required for an average winter with individual nations reducing their purchases of Russian gas between 40 and 90%.

Im not sure this is the home run they think it is.

I don't know, but international law does appear to suggest that you have to assess each case on its merits rather than impose a blanket ban just because they're Russian.
So let’s just say that we’re in agreement that if they’re on the list for mobilisation then they are being persecuted in their own country and have a right to refugee status and should be treated as such.

Now given that our resident Russian @bluestevon has just said that anyone on the list would be stopped by Russian authorities from getting to a border crossing. Surely that means that any Russians who are not on the list and are trying to exit Russia are not being persecuted and therefore not eligible for refugee status?

As Bruce said, international law would say different, but honestly I don't think any country who will do a ban will particularly care, as it'll not get any real negative press and it'll sell well to a proportion of their electorate - Baltics, Poland, being the most likely I'd guess to enforce a ban.

With a lot of rumours that Russia will shortly institute a similar policy that Ukraine did - no leaving the country of men between a certain age and eligibility. I do wonder why they don't just wait though, imposing bans just gives Russia the ability to point at them and use the ban in a propoganda sense.

You likely to get a call up?
