Yeah, I do prefer the word of my Russian friend who is helping Russians leave Russia daily.

While its not a daily list, it does take time to call people up, unless you think they just sent out 1 million letters in 24 hours.

I'd imagine that knowing the criteria anyone turning up at a border crossing would know what to expect,I'd imagine border guards got the information fairly quickly too.

All I honestly know about the borders are they are as of yesterday turning back any Russian registration car and doing checks on anyone on the call up list (Georgian border) not on the list in a Georgian reg car they where letting you through same as if you where on a bicycle or foot, girl I know just sodded off the car lift due to the huge jam and walked across, still took her 24 hours like to get into Georgia even so.
