Ukraine now controls the part of the city which is across the River meaning they can advance into Luhansk.
How anyone can try and defend Russia for this (yet another) atrocity is beyond me.
In the last 2 days Putin has been publicly been slapped down by first Xi and now Modi.
Armenia is now in full blown conflict with Azerbaijan and Khazakstan is on the verge of all out war with Tajikistan.

its Kyrgyzstan that is having the border issue with the Tajiks, not Khazakstan - and it probably is not going to be an "all out war" so much as a reordering of the frankly mad border in that area
also reports of the slapping-down of Putin is a bit of an exaggeration - they said they had concerns (and Modi went further than Xi did) but concrete actions weren't that visible
