Succession Planning - Managerial Wishlist

Agreed. He’s far too good for Scottish league. If he does well there he’ll for sure get taken a chance on by at least a bottom half prem team, maybe even higher depending on what he accomplishes.
I guess he could look at Ange managing to go from Celtic to Spurs- if he has success there then he can use them as a stepping stone to a stronger league.

A proper coaching setup with some fresh, modern ideas is all I really want to be honest.

Obviously experience is valuable - especially in the Premier League - but unless you take some risks and apply some proper modern thinking into building a footballing setup on demonstratable foundations (alongside frequent communication, I may add) then, more often than not, you can get the majority of a fanbase on board for the ride. If you dont take those risks then you, at best, stand still.

I get that we've been needing stabilise for a while now and I accept that - but we really really need to start thinking more forwardly now, if we haven't been already. I just hope that TFG can deliver for us in that regard..

sacked by Roma and Fener. So no thanks. Benfica was about to sack him too, late late goal saved him. for now
I reckon Jose would relish coming back to the Premier League, and particularly with us, to renew his anti lfc stance. It'd be worth it's weight in gold to see ,and hear, him upsetting, not only that lot, but the whole premier league. If the criteria is to only get a manger that hasn't been sacked then which managers fit the bill? Mourinho would be entertaining.
