Should Moyes be in charge for the last two games?

I wonder how many players just played their last games at the Old Girl.

I hope we gave them a really good send off too.

The more I think about those condescending comments the angrier I get.

Great send-off today, bags of class, sentimentality you name it but its time we all moved on from David Moyes now.

And Everton should have a new manager, one who believes it´s actually possible we might win something.

If its ok with you, I will continue to talk about the current Everton Manager, thanks.

I was sickened reading some of the bile and venom filled posts over the last few days.

I think you can count on hand the number of posts like that.

Can you not understand that fans can love their club, respect the job Moyes has done for us but have a problem with the principle of Moyes agreeing the Utd job whilst in our dugout?

I didn't boo today. I would never boo my team. Today should have been handled differently. The whole thing should have been handled differently.

Yes i can Dell Boy but we got the win and that's the main thing. What's done is done though. We thanked Moyes and then we told him to sling his hook in a subtle manner as well!It was brilliant.Today was a celebration of Everton!

I had to change my weekend shifts around to go to Goodison today. To ask the question implies that if I wasn't there and could only watch it on the computer then my opinion and observations would be invalid. Oh deary me.

I didn't mean it like that and I apologise if that's the way it came across. I was trying to say that the crowd today were supporting their club first and foremost. I don't think you can say it was a backing for the decision to have him in the dugout. I'd say he'd have had the same or probably even better reception had Stubbs/Round/Dunc been managing the team and he came out at H/T or F/T.

After last weeks games United were champions and we were in 6th spot. There was nothing to play for despite Moysey trying to say that Europe was still on, it wasn't. Spurs needed to lose their last 2 games. We were going to finish 6th and able to sing 'looking down on the red sh*te'.

So for all intents and purposes the season was over for us and united. By announcing it this week Moyes was able to get the send off he deserves at Goodison. That is why Cahill came back today after playing in America on Saturday, so we could say goodbye properly. If we were away today and at home next week then I think it would have been announced this week.

I dont need to neg people for others to see they chat the bubbles, they light themselves up with their mindless tosh.

That'd be "mindless tosh" that a lot of others on here agree with?

Didn't you yourself say on here that you originally had a problem with Moyes managing for the last two games?

So it's only "mindless tosh" when you stop feeling that way. Lovely.

I think anyone considering taking over at Everton would be very impressed with what they saw today and reception Davey received.

That said I still believe he shouldn't be in charge, today or next week.
