Should Moyes be in charge for the last two games?

He either grew up, or the landscape was perhaps a little different. City and Tottenham perhaps were not the challengers they were. Plus, don't forget, he has been jerked around by board in terms of money and transfers. All in all, you're right though - he realised with the current league set up he had to go and he would have looked a tit by turnng Utd down.
Yeah most of us knew Moyes was the real deal and had to put up with our own fans saying he wont get a better offer then us, whoever said this line knew nothing about Football in my eyes.

Got to admit that I didn't want him to stay for the last two game but after yesterday ill say I was wrong. The perfect way to say goodbye. Now just win at Chelsea for us blues!

He said he would concentrate on everton until 1 July and yesterday was spotted leaving alderely Edge with fergie and giggs. His last 6 weeks here are costing us 300k

If you go on newsnow everton site there is a picture of moyes from last night smiling with some Manu fans. Glad to see we're paying him for that.

Moyes may not have taken over as Manchester United manager yet but he is already acquainting himself with the fans. He is taking to being United manager pretty well by the looks of it!

The 50-year-old has the unenviable task of following the irreplaceable but he is walking into the Old Trafford dressing room under the personal recommendation of Ferguson – high praise indeed.

He does have a lot of parallels with Ferguson and not just because he is Scottish. Known for having a fiery temper at times and for promoting the youth, Moyes has been given a six year testament to how much faith United have in him.

And having a close relationship with the fans from the outset is certainly going to be essential at Old Trafford, so Moyes is making a good start in that respect.

I've only just read his comments about Everton never being as good as they were in the 80s. Pretty disgraceful.

I'm glad he's gone. Just a shame he isn't taking the best chairman in the world with him, the self-serving ********.

and "next week" he'll meet wayne rooney. to be honest, starting work for a new employer while doing a "notice period" isn't that unusual I guess, but it'd be best if he just severed ties now
