Why should any fans get a say in the design anyway? I know I'd be pissed off if I was a well respected architect at the top of my field and was being told what it has to look like from some randoms who feel like they need to be heard. It would end up like the car that Homer Simpson designs.
Dan Meis is clearly doing/done research, he did this by attending games, getting to know the area, the history and speaking to people. He's not gonna be significantly swayed in his design by someone telling him how many seats it's needs to have or some amateur designer vaguely telling him it needs to be iconic.
As for the capacity, I don't think some of you seem to realise how many people 10,000 actually is. As I've said before, it is currently just over 1/4 of our current total capacity. Its a lot. Its the equivalent of either the entire Gwladys street or Bullens Road being empty, or twice the amount of people in the park end. And we are saying we need double that on top of what we have? The ground would be empty every other week.
But at least we'd be guaranteed to get all the FA Cup Semi finals or England International games aye....
Oh wait...
