Hopefully the frequency of events may out perform the size. Yes Anfield may have four or five big concerts but if Everton are utilising the stadium and the plaza all year round there’s a way to compete there. You’d like to think that conference/wedding facilities will all be superior at a brand new waterfront venue than at Anfield also.

Absolutely blazing mad having just arrived at my usual parking spec to find that it now forms part of the event zone. Why the frig have they extended it. Its a 25 minute walk ffs. Absolutely no bother at previous games over parking or traffic issues on Brasenose St.

Section M states until 03:00 but not sure if the absence of a nominated Designated Premises Supervisor is significant or not (maybe appended on a case by case basis maybe )

They seem to make a distinction after 11pm of live music being allowed inside the stadium but not the stadium bowl (which I take to mean the plaza?) .

Theres already a large disabled section in the north stand, more or less opposite the south stand one.

Again, it doesn’t look great tbh. IMO they seem far too big for the number of people in them?
