Moyes admits desire to manage in Germany

That's your subjective opinion, not fact.

I disagree & think that there's been spells during Moyes tenure when we've played some great football. This season being the most enjoyable. The attack minded side that he's put out most weeks has been a pleasure to watch most weeks.

You labelling it merely 'Ok' & nothing more, is driven by your agenda imo.

I dont have an agenda with Moyes. He's not fundamentally the problem at Everton, the board is; and we owe him gratitude for a lot of what he's achieved. I just dont believe in praising someone for achieving something they haven't done.

Look, being blunt about it, this is the reason why our moneybags clubs in England wont touch him with a very long shitty stick. They cant see the attraction.

I'm fairly sure if Moyes had gotten promoted with Stoke and then been given SEVENTY FIVE MILLION NET to spend over the past four seasons like Pulis has he'd have them in the top half of the table by now.

You can say that but what wages are their players on compared to ours? Everton are also a bigger attraction. He spent that money to make Stoke a consistent Premier League team which he has managed to do. Tony Pulis also didn't have a Wayne Rooney to sell.

None of which makes Moyes anything like the anti football bell end that is Pulis.

You could say the same about Moyes in his early years; You could to a lesser extent say that now, how many times have we been winning then completely surrender the second half or Moyes throwing defenders on for attackers?
Tomorrow will give an indication as to Moyes' attitude I think he'd snap your hand off at a draw again.

I've heard that wage argument before, and i still dont buy it.

Moyes has a reputation for buying cheap players, most of whom don't want mega wages when they first sign for us anyway. Moyes would have signed better players than some of the utter carthorses Pulis has brought in, and he also wouldn't resort to rugby football.

Moyes had a side full of ****e & had to get them playing in a certain way in order to gain points in the PL.

Pulis has spent a fortune & still has them playing in the same industrial, one dimensional manner - as that's all he knows.

Moyes is hamstrung with injury & suspension tomorrow, so he's hardly got a plethora of options at his disposal.

As long as someone nails that yard dog kopite Nolan, I'm not arsed.

We had two good opportunities to kick on. 08 and 09. Moyes wanted Moutinho in 08 and apparently Hazard was maddeningly close to happening in 09 as well. We could have had Moutinho ffs. And had we had a Spurs-type budget, we'd have had him and more. That would constitute "kicking on" in my book. Maybe we'd have had the legs to get over the finish line at Wembley with someone like that. Instead we had a horrible window, breeding pessimism for months.

I don't think we'll ever get to see what Moyes could have done here* with a transfer budget relative to average league position. Shame.

*Edit.

Makes me so depressed.
