Who are these people then?

"Awaits, I cant say reply"

Your talking utter tosh.

If you actually want me to tell you then I will politely PM you the names on these people.

I may have exaggerated when I say 30 years+ but they are experienced nonetheless

We are not a big successful club though and havn't been for 30 years, wake up and face reality.. We are heading constantly in the right direction now though, but only beause Moyes has been building.. strangely it takes longer with no money than it has for the likes of Mourinho, Hughes, Mancini etc but he's been building non the less...

How are we doing that exactly? We were challengers for 5th a few seasons back and now we know almost before a kick is taken each season Everton will finish 7th or 8th. How is that 'heading constantly in the right direction'?

and we currently have a very exciting team...

We dont. We have a team that every now and again gives a glimpse of attacking play that makes everyone scratch their heads and wonder why it isn't deployed more than it is; more commonly we use chip forward that bypasses midfield. Jagielka told everyone what the manager's philosophy is a few weeks back after the Derby: he likes the ball worked from back to front as quick as possible and believes if the ball isn't in the opposition half then that's a problem. There are many teams in this league much more comfortable ion the ball as a unit than we are. We have superior players to them too, so there's really no excuse for us to be getting rid asap, which is the case much of the time. It's cringeworthy football by and large.

You really do talk some garbage.

Dont/Wouldnt blame Moyes for that though. Twice we should have pushed on as a club and twice the board failed to deliver. Should of invested more when we finished fourth and again when we actually got to the FA Cup Final, we never and we have suffered the last few years because of it.

The board are defo primarily to blame, but Moyes has stuck around to assemble teams that'll finish off the pace of the one's he's produced before. That's why it's relevant to the claim 'we're heading in the right direction' under him.

I think moyes has done a really good job and generally done well in the transfer market although all this 'net spend' stuff is influenced by the sales of players like Rooney and Rodwell who aren't players he brought in.

I've no desire to chase moyes out but if you look at the team (I totally accept a team built by moyes) where would you see that team finishing ? Our wage bill also puts us around and about the level we tend to finish . So I don't really buy into the overachieving tag except as I say in the market where we tend to do well.

As a club we've done well under moyes although the lack if trophy will probably haunt his legacy and him himself and I'd he resigns I certainly wouldn't be disappointed . However this football club was formed in 1878 not when moyes arrived , this club survived without Dixie dean , Brian labone , Alan ball , andy Gary , graham sharp , sheedy , southall and a lot more so it'll be here and may well surprise us if and when moyes moves on.

The majority of Evertonians clearly rate moyes but those in charge at spurs & Chelsea clearly didn't see what 'we' do . There is a reason the manager talks about going overseas & I've said this before this interview because he's said it before . If moyes goes where would he see himself if not abroad ? United will not (in my opinion ) appoint a trophy less manager , as I've said Chelsea & spurs don't fancy him and have had plenty of opportunities although I do believe moyes feels he'd have a chance (believe it or not ) of making an arsenal shortlist . If moyes went overseas he'd have a chance to return to the prem with maybe a trophy or two and champions league experience even a failure wouldn't hurt his cv . The only thing it's cost moyes would be in the terms of wages but as a long term plan it makes sense.
